Taipei--The weather around Taiwan is expected to remain stable all week this week until a new weather front arrives Sunday April 9, the Central Weather Bureau said Monday.
After a chilly early morning, temperatures quickly went up during the day Monday under sunny conditions in all parts of Taiwan, the bureau said.
It added that daytime temperatures are expected to go up further Tuesday, with central and southern Taiwan seeing highs of up to 30 degrees Celsius.
For Monday, highs were expected to range between 24 and 26 degrees in northern and eastern Taiwan, 27 to 29 degrees in central and southern Taiwan.
While it may be sunny and warm during the day, it can feel cold in the early morning hours, the bureau said. It reminded people to be mindful of big temperature fluctuations between day and night.
The good weather is expected to last until Sunday, when showers could fall in northern and eastern Taiwan, according to the forecast. In central and southern Taiwan Taiwan, temperatures will likely drop because of more cloud cover.
