Taipei: The U.S. dollar rose against the Taiwan dollar on Friday, gaining NT$0.021 to close at NT$30.686. The trading session saw active participation, with the turnover totaling US$1.21 billion.
According to Focus Taiwan, the greenback began the day at NT$30.640 and fluctuated within a range of NT$30.620 and NT$30.692 before settling at the closing value. The increase in the U.S. dollar value reflects the ongoing dynamics in the foreign exchange market.
