Taipei--Weather in the coming weekend is expected to be nice and warm, even a little bit muggy with highs in central and southern Taiwan rising to as much as 33 degrees Celsius, the Central Weather Bureau said Friday.
For Friday, it would be mostly cloudy with some local showers, it said. Highs for the day would range between 26 and 30 degrees.
Little or no rain is expected on Saturday and Sunday except sporadic showers in eastern Taiwan, according to the forecast. During the weekend, highs of over 30 degrees are expected in the western half of Taiwan and up to 33 degrees in the southwest.
The weather will become changeable next Monday, according to the forecast.
From Wednesday, April 12, there may be persistent rain mixed with thunder showers in areas north of central Taiwan until the weather turns fair again on April 14.
