Then, at least four men got out of the bus and surrounded the Chinese tourist's car, asking for their visas and passports, and taking photos of the passengers inside. The bus driver said that the Chinese people were staying in Pattaya. However, when the men asked for their driver's licenses, they asked everyone to get out of the bus before the clip cut off. The group of men claiming to be 'police' demanded 700,000 baht from the Chinese tourist, approximately 200 meters past the Pattaya 105 toll booth.
