The Bangkok governor revealed that communities outside the Chao Phraya River embankment are at risk of flooding, expecting that hundreds of households will be affected. Mr. Chadchart Sittipunt, Governor of Bangkok, revealed about monitoring the water situation in the North that the affected areas are communities outside the embankment, such as the community near Thewet, the rice mill community, and other communities outside the embankment, totaling 16 communities, it is expected that hundreds of households will be affected. The people in the community are accustomed to the ebb and flow of the water. If the water comes, the people will not want to evacuate. Therefore, we have to look at what the people need, such as arranging sandbags to be walkways into their homes, wooden bridges. As for the area along the Chao Phraya River, the communities under the embankment will focus on the gaps. At present, this area has not been affected, or if there is, it is very little.
