We saw a lot of fish because they were waiting for good water with oxygen in this Makkasan pond. 20% of the fis h we saw were black chin tilapia and 80% were Nile tilapia. Although the amount was smaller, it showed that the problem of black chin tilapia has spread to the heart of Bangkok. Then, Governor Chadchart traveled to the Din Daeng Vocational Training Center and tried a menu made from black chin tilapia. The person who cooked the food said that the body and meat were similar to Nile tilapia, but the head and scales were hard like tilapia, making it possible to make a variety of menus.
