DAD accelerates solving parking problems at Government Complex for the Office of the Attorney General

Bangkok,, Dr. Nalikatipak Sangsanit, Managing Director of Dhanarak Asset Development Co., Ltd. or DAD Asset Development, revealed that from the discussion with Mr. Sarawut Pitutecha, Secretary-General of the Office of the Attorney General, to solve the problem of insufficient parking and find a joint solution to provide services to the public who come to contact the Office of the Attorney General, which is located at Building A or the Ratchaburi Direkrit Building in the Chaeng Watthana Government Complex, it was concluded that DAD will allocate 55 parking spaces at Building A. In addition, it has prepared to add another floor of parking space, which can accommodate 190 cars, in Parking Building D, which is a building connected to Building A, under an annual rental contract. The DAD Managing Director added that in the past, there were parking problems for government officials and the public who traveled to the Chaloem Phrakiat Government Complex. Therefore, the importance was given to traffic management and the development of the internal transportation system. The construction of the 11-story parking building D, which can accommodate more than 1,600 cars, is sufficient to meet the needs of service users. In order to create sustainability, it has also been included in the DAD annual policy and action plan on CSR, which will focus on CSR in process, emphasizing operations to create widespread impacts rather than creating activities, such as traffic management within the Chaloem Phrakiat Government Complex, organizing EV Shuttle Bus services, and building a parking building, which is now open for service.
