FM Cho to hold talks with Brazil’s top diplomat next week

Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yul will hold talks with Brazilian Foreign Minister Mauro Vieira next week on a range of issues, including trade, investment, energy and people-to-people exchanges, Cho's office said Tuesday. At the talks, planned for Wednesday, the two sides will discuss high-level exchanges, and efforts to enhance bilateral relations in trade, industry, investment, energy and science and technology, foreign ministry spokesperson Lee Jae-woong said in a press briefing. The ministers also plan to sign a memorandum of understanding on a working holiday program, under which young South Koreans can work in Brazil and young Brazilians can work in South Korea.
