Royal Decree to close the parliament session for the first regular session of the year from 31 Oct. 2024 Reporters reported that the Royal Gazette website published the announcement of the Royal Decree to close the first ordinary session of the parliament in 2024, stating that His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun has graciously proclaimed that: Whereas the Royal Decree has been issued to convene the first ordinary session of the National Assembly of 2024 from 3 July 2024, now the one hundred and twenty-one day period according to the first ordinary session of the National Assembly will expire on 30 October 2024. In accordance with the power under Section 122 and Section 175 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, His Majesty is graciously pleased to issue the Royal Decree to close the first ordinary session of the National Assembly of 2024 from 31 October 2024.
