The Thai national football team, led by captain Chanathip Songkrasin, Nicholas Mickelson from OB Odense, and Supachai Jaided from Buriram United, are preparing to travel to Songkhla Province to compete in the 50th King's Cup football tournament. With 'Madam Pang' Nualphan Lamsam, President of the Football Association of Thailand, traveling to see off the War Elephants at Don Mueang Airport amidst a joyful atmosphere. After arriving in the evening at 5:00 p.m., the War Elephants players will immediately start training at the Prince of Songkla University Stadium. Masatada Ishii, the coach of the War Elephants, confirmed that the program needs to win both matches, while Madam Pang said that people are more interested now and there are about 3,000 tickets left for the first match, which she believes will sell out. Today, the players wi ll practice and allow fans to watch. Chanathip said that he had played in the South before and the stadium was always full of fans. He was impressed and wanted to invite all southern football fans to come and cheer for the Thai national team.
