NBTC signed an agreement with Stamford International University, along with 22 educational institutions and organizations, to promote knowledge and understanding of digital media in all aspects of the public. Mr. Apithep Saekow, Acting President of Stamford International University, along with the university's executives, lecturers, and Thai and international students, participated in the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding with the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC), 22 educational institutions from the public and private sectors, and various civil societies. The objective is to integrate cooperation in promoting media literacy in all aspects of the public and the utilization of digital media in a variety of ways, equally, efficiently, and to maximize the benefits both nationally and internationally.
