At the King Bhumibol Adulyadej Memorial Park, in the area of ??the old Nang Loeng Horse Racecourse, since this morning (13 October), representatives of government and private organizations, groups of people, and the general public have brought wreaths, garlands, and flowers.
People are paying homage to the royal monument of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great in great numbers to commemorate his great kindness on the anniversary of his death, ‘King Naresuan the Great Day’, October 13, 2024.
In addition to laying wreaths and paying homage, most people also did not miss taking pictures as souvenirs. Both people from the Bangkok area and people who traveled from other provinces were delighted that the ‘King Naresuan the Great Day’ event was organized and that the monument of King Rama IX was open for people to pay homage. Many people could not hold back their tears, saying that even
though His Majesty passed away many years ago, they still loved and missed him all the time. They made merit and participated in various activities to offer merit to His Majesty every year. They also asked His Majesty to protect them and their families. They promised to be good people and do good for the country to the best of their ability.
This year, on the occasion of ‘King Naresuan the Great Day 2567’, the Royal Palace has announced the schedule for laying wreaths. Today (13 Oct) you can lay wreaths and pay homage in the first period from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and in the second period from 5:00 p.m. to midnight. Tomorrow (14 Oct) you can pay homage from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
