As the government organized a congratulatory party and celebration for the Thai athletes who made achievements in the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, France, along with awarding prize money from the National Sports Development Fund, Sports Authority of Thailand, totaling 65.9 million baht at Santi Maitri Building, Government House on August 16, 2024. On this occasion, Mr. Suriya Juangroongruangkit, Acting Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, presented a special bonus of 20,000 baht to 47 athletes who did not receive a medal from participating in the 2024 Olympic Games, totaling 940,000 baht. At the same time, Mr. Komol Juangroongruangkit, Chairman of Summit Footwear Co., Ltd., owner of the Aerosoft shoe brand, also presented a special bonus of 30,000 baht to 47 athletes who did not receive a medal from participating in the 2024 Olympic Games, totaling 1,410,000 baht. The Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT) would like to thank both of them for seeing the importance of jointly developing the sports i ndustry of Thailand by creating morale and encouragement for the 47 Thai national athletes who did not receive medals from the 2024 Olympic Games, but were able to create happiness and pride for all Thai brothers and sisters very well.
