Sena invests in new land purchases to support EEC expansion

Sena Development Public Company Limited purchases 374 rai of new land to support the expansion of the EEC. Dr. Teerawat Thanalakpak, Chief Executive Officer and Asst. Prof. Dr. Kesara Thanalakpak, Managing Director of Sena Development Public Company Limited, received a land purchase contract covering an area of ??over 374 rai from Sukhumvit Asset Management Company Limited (SAM) to prepare for the development of vacant land into a leading real estate project to support the expansion of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) development project. Asst. Prof. Dr. Kesara said that the purchase of the land covering an area of ??over 374 rai is part of the company's long-term business expansion plan, which focuses on developing quality housing to meet the increasing consumer demand from the growth of the EEC area, both in terms of housing and commercial investment. Sena sees opportunities and potential, and this plot of land will be another important part in supporting the growth strategy in developing new project s to create returns and confidence in business operations, as well as driving the real estate market in the area to grow and also be a part in creating jobs and income for people in the community.
