Taipei:Starlux Airlines has launched a new route connecting Taipei and Bali, offering five weekly flights in a bid to attract travelers from Europe and North America to Bali via Taiwan.
According to Focus Taiwan, the service operates on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Flights depart Taipei at 10:10 a.m. and arrive in Bali at 3:40 p.m., with return flights leaving Bali at 5:20 p.m. and arriving in Taipei at 10:50 p.m. The route utilizes Airbus A321neo aircraft.
Starlux CEO Glenn Chai highlighted that the convenient connections at Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport could boost the number of European and North American travelers transferring in Taiwan.
Bali marks Starlux's second destination in Indonesia, following the launch of its Taipei-Jakarta route in September 2024, which currently operates four to five weekly flights. Starlux's network now spans 34 cities across Asia, North America, and Europe.
