Taipei:Taiwan shares concluded trading with a gain of 308.17 points, or 0.65 percent, closing at 47,940.13 on Wednesday.
According to Focus Taiwan, the turnover for the day reached NT$875.67 billion, equivalent to US$27.49 billion.
