Baku:The Taiwan Stock Exchange's main index began the day with a rise, opening up 41.33 points at 48,382.64 on Wednesday. The turnover reached NT$9.50 billion, equivalent to US$295.63 million.
According to Focus Taiwan, the early trading session indicated a positive start for the market.
