The Highways Department is rushing to build a temporary steel bridge at the point where the bridge neck broke due to flooding to allow people to travel temporarily on the route in Chiang Rai Province. Mr. Chitchai Sridama, Director of Bridge Construction and Restoration Center 1, Phichit Province, Department of Highways (DoH), has ordered engineers, skilled civil engineers, and skilled electricians to install a steel bridge for temporary public travel on Highway No. 1155, km. 16+017, Sai Kad-Ban Lung section, Chiang Rai Province, a distance from the Phichit Center of approximately 506 km. after this bridge route was damaged by floods in the northern region.
