The Thai national weightlifting team has resumed training after taking a day off to rest. They will compete on the first day of competition on August 7. The Thai national weightlifting team competing in the "Paris 2024 Olympics" has returned to continuous training after resting for 1 day, led by Surajana Khambao in the 49 kg women's division, Duang-akson Jai-dee in the +81 kg women's division, Thiraphong Silachai in the 61 kg men's division, and Wiraphon Wichuma in the 73 kg men's division.
