Taipei: The U.S. dollar rose against the Taiwan dollar Wednesday, gaining NT$0.051 to close at NT$31.526. Turnover totaled US$1.838 billion during the trading session.
According to Focus Taiwan, the greenback opened at NT$31.500 and moved between NT$31.494 and NT$31.585 before the close.
