According to Focus Taiwan, the U.S. dollar opened at NT$32.840 and fluctuated within a range of NT$32.826 to NT$32.932 before the market closed. The fluctuations in the exchange rate reflect ongoing market dynamics and the active trading environment in Taipei's forex market.
