The water supply to several districts in northern Taiwan’s Taoyuan City will be suspended for 23 hours starting on the morning of Nov. 23, Taiwan Water Corp. said Thursday.
The suspension, which is to facilitate the inspection of pumping stations, will start at 7 a.m. on Nov. 23 and last until 6 a.m. the following day, the company said.
Affected areas will include Taoyuan, Bade, Luzhu, Guishan and Dayuan districts, it said.
The company urged residents in affected areas to store enough water to meet their needs for 23 hours before supply is suspended.
