Instead, he asked the car to take him to the National Security Council o ffice. After the meeting, we joined a meeting to discuss road safety, chaired by the Prime Minister. And in the afternoon, he returned to Government House again and hurried up to Building 1, unlike many times in the past when he would stand and talk with officials and civil servants before going up to the building, so the reporters noticed that this was the first time he had avoided the media.
