Today (October 7), at 9:30 a.m., the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation (DDPM) sent a short message (SMS) to warn people in areas at risk of overflowing riverbanks and high flooding in Tambon Pa Daet, Mueang District, Tambon Thung Tom, Tambon Mae Ka, San Pa Tong District, and Amphoe Saraphi, Chiang Mai Province, asking people to move belongings and move vulnerable groups to safety.
