GH Bank issues 6 low-interest loans

GH Bank launches 6 low-interest loans at only 1.90% per year to support people who want to own a home. Borrow 1 million baht, pay installments of only 3,000 baht. Mr. Kamolpop Virapala, Managing Director of the Government Housing Bank (GHB), revealed that the GHB has created 6 low-interest loan products to support Thais in owning their own homes, consisting of: 1) DD Home Loan Project (DD) with an interest rate of 1.90% per year in the first year, an average of 2.80% in the first 3 years, a loan of 1 million baht, with a starting installment payment of only 3,000 baht per month. 2) Big Family Home Loan 2024 with an interest rate of 1.99% per year in the first year, an average of 2.76% in the first 3 years, a loan of 1 million baht, with a starting installment payment of only 3,100 baht per month. 3) 2024 Home Loan for Happy Living, first year interest rate of 2.40% per year, average of the first 3 years equal to 3.10%, borrow 1 million baht, starting installments of only 2,800 baht per month. 4) 71-year GH B home loan, low interest rate for the first 6 months, only 0.71% per year, months 7 - 24 equal to 2.71% per year, average of the first 3 years equal to 2.71%, borrow 1 million baht, starting installments of only 2,400 baht per month. 5) 2024 Housing Loan Project for Government Personnel, first year interest rate of 2.90% per year, average of the first 3 years equal to 3.51%, borrow 1 million baht, starting installments of only 3,600 baht per month. And 6) GHB Home for You Project 2024, first year interest rate of 3.75% per year, average The first 3 years equal 4.31%, borrow 1 million baht, installment payments start at only 4,600 baht per month. Those interested can apply for a loan starting today and complete the transaction until December 30, 2024 at all GH Bank branches nationwide.
