The Senate approves “Pairat” to hold the position of Attorney General.

The Senate approves "Prairat Phonsomboonsiri" to hold the position of Attorney General. The Senate voted to approve Mr. Pairoj Pornsomboonsiri, who was nominated for the position of Attorney General (according to Section 10 of the Public Prosecutor Organization and Public Prosecutors Act B.E. 2553) with 184 votes in favor, 2 votes against, and 9 abstentions. The voting results showed that Mr. Pairat Phonsomboonsiri received the majority of votes from the Senate meeting, thus being considered as someone who has been approved by the Senate to hold the position of Attorney General.
