This behavior has been going on for many years. This arrest was made because the victim reported the incident to the Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) via the 1206 hotline, and the Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) conducted further investigations, leading to the integration with relevant agencies to arrest the suspect.
